NILES, Michigan — Amid the national Coronavirus (COVID-19) challenge, all of us at NCP Coatings LLC want to assure our customers, vendors and community that NCP remains open and fully operational to meet your needs during this trying time.

We have facilities in the states of Indiana and Michigan. Both states are managing the coronavirus outbreak under “Stay-at-Home” orders. However, NCP has been declared an essential critical infrastructure by the Department of Defense due to our extensive work with the U.S. Government. This allows NCP to continue manufacturing the coatings products you rely upon.

Further, NCP has been in contact with key suppliers that support our product lines. These suppliers will remain open and operational as essential chemical manufacturers.

If your demand forecast has been impacted by this situation, please reach out to your NCP Sales Representative, call our Customer Service department or contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns.

Our Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Service staff are still available by phone and e-mail during our usual working hours. As a company, we are limiting our face-to-face meetings to only those deemed immediately necessary. This and the other CDC best practices are being implemented internally to do our part to limit the spread of this virus, both at NCP and in the community.
